Terms of Service

Each project is defined in a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and deliverables. Anything not listed in that proposal is considered out of scope and is quoted separately.

Unless your proposal states otherwise, web projects require a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before the final files go live. We accept major cards, Zelle and bank transfer.

Recurring costs such as hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are not included in the project price. Monthly services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) are billed every month.

Design projects include up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions, or new requirements added after a phase is approved, are quoted separately before we implement them. You approve each phase before we move to the next.

If you cancel before we begin design work, you receive a full refund. Once we present the initial design concept, we retain 50% of the deposit to cover work already done. After you approve the final design, no refunds are issued.

Monthly services have no long-term contract — you can cancel with 15 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the design, code and written content we created for you. Until final payment is received, that work remains our property. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for the text, images and materials you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline or stop work on projects involving illegal, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.

For paid-advertising services, the budget spent on platforms such as Google, Meta or Bing is paid directly to those platforms and is separate from our management fee.

We deliver our services with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, as those depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

We keep your business information confidential and expect the same regarding our methods, proposals and pricing.

Either party may end the relationship with written notice. We may suspend services for non-payment until the balance is settled. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the termination date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (Miami-Dade County), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
