Delivery time depends on the size and complexity of your project. As a general guide:

• Simple websites (1–5 pages): about 7–10 business days
• Medium websites (6–15 pages): about 2–3 weeks
• Online stores (Shopify / WooCommerce): about 3–4 weeks
• Custom projects: about 4–8 weeks
• Web applications: about 6–12 weeks

These are estimates; the exact timeline is confirmed in your proposal.

Every project follows five clear phases:

• Discovery — we gather your goals, information and materials
• Design — we create mockups for your approval
• Development — we build and program the project
• Review — we test together and make adjustments until you approve
• Launch — we publish and complete the final setup

To keep your project on schedule, please provide:

• Your texts and content
• Photos and images, or permission to use stock images
• Your logo in vector format
• Access to your domain and hosting
• Timely feedback during the review phase

Delays in providing materials or feedback will extend the delivery date accordingly.

Every launch includes 30 days of free support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, ongoing changes are covered by a monthly maintenance plan or quoted as needed.

Recurring services such as SEO and advertising are delivered and reported every month. They run with no long-term contract and can be cancelled with 15 days' notice.
